Our story
Smoke and Slice is the shop for people who take their barbecue seriously and themselves not at all.
We started with smoke and pizza, which is where the name and the logo come from, and kept going into the things the same people do at the weekend: beer, fishing, camping, hiking, golf and trail running.
Most novelty tees are a stock picture with a slogan on top. We wanted shirts that feel like they were made by someone who has actually stood by a smoker at 6am, or argued about whether the stile counts as a rest stop. So every design starts with a moment people in the hobby recognise, and a character who is living it.
How the designs are made
Each design is created by us using a mix of AI image tools and our own editing, in a handful of house styles: woodcut, scratchboard, painterly gouache and fine linework among them. Product photos are mockups of the finished design, so colours can look slightly different on your screen.
How your order is made
Nothing is printed until you order it. Our premium print partner, Printful, prints each piece on the blank we have chosen for that design and posts it straight to you. You order through our Etsy shop, so payment and delivery tracking are handled by Etsy.
